The Hanoitimes - Vital transport projects in Hanoi have been suspended until April 15 with a view to curbing mass gatherings and preventing Covid-19 from spreading. Construction of Hanoi's vital transport projects, including the Nhon - Hanoi Station sky train and the viaduct of Ring Road 2, has been temporarily stopped following the government directive on enhancing social distancing, VnExpress reported. This is part of a recent reply from the ministry to voters in Lao Cai province regarding the Yen Vien-Lao Cai-Hekou railway project . HCM City to complete major transport projects at gateways by 2025
HCM City plans to complete a number of major transport projects by 2025 that are expected to reduce traffic congestion at city gateways and improve connections to neighbouring provinces. The 385-metre branch is exclusively used for automobiles traveling from Củ Chi District to the city centre, according to the HCM City Management Board for Traffic Works Construction and Investment. The work at An Sương intersection had been suspended since the end of 2018 because of delayed site clearance. Savills implements strict COVID-19 measures in managed projects
A project managed by Savills in Hanoi After being informed of the outbreak, Savills Hanoi Property Management Department moved to urgent action. The management boards at each project immediately reinstated COVID-19 safety protocols. Lessons from the previous outbreak had been heeded. Prior to the outbreak in Hai Duong, Savills property directors had been participating in additional training for improved pandemic prevention to provide safe but effective management. Savills Vietnam Hanoi’s office is in Leadvisors Tower. Their property management team has already distributed the necessary medical supplies around the building, and in high-footfall public areas. Signs have been posted at the entrances, reception, in and outside of elevators reminding everyone of the need to wear masks, regularly wash hands, and to use hand sanitiser.
