The Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross handing over breeding cattle to needy households This was part of the program “Cow Bank” which has been implemented by the municipal Red Cross since July 2013. The program aimed to support needy households to improve their lives. Until now, the Red Cross has handed over 198 breeding cattle, worth nearly VND 5.5 billion, to locals in 5 suburban districts. Da Lat flower festival promises attractive activities
