Moods get complicated, too. Would you prefer it to rain while practicing social distancing or can you stand the fact that sunshine is beckoning you to the now banned beach? To me, it depends on the time of day. Sunset, when it’s slightly cooler and breezier, does feel more frustrating than noon. Even going around town in the evening with a small breeze does wonders for me.
