Rai Cave – Pearl of Vinh Hy Bay

Rai Cave is located in the south of Vinh Hy Bay, Nui Chua National Park, Vinh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province. It is only about 35 km from Phan Rang city, about 40 km from Cam Ranh city (Khanh Hoa province) and about 90 km from Nha Trang city (Khanh Hoa), very convenient for visitors. The road to Rai Cave is beautiful, winding between the magnificent blue sea and romantic green meadows. According to local people, the reason it is called Rai Cave because it used to be inhabited by sea otters and many dipterocarpus alatus, which were used to extract oil to paint ships and boats to help make them more waterproof. Disbursement of public funds sped up to fuel growth

HCM City eyes 10 percent growth in export in 2021 Shrimps processed for export Ho Chi Minh City’s Department of Industry and Trade has set the target to export 48.19 billion USD worth of products in 2021, a year-on-year surge of 10 percent. Under its development plan for 2021 recently submitted to the municipal People’s Committee, the sector said import revenue is estimated at 56.47 billion USD for the whole year, up 11 percent against the previous year. Besides, it eyed to reel in more than 835.68 trillion VND (36.29 billion USD) from retail sales and services revenues in the year, up 10 percent year-on-year. Vietnam’s GDP growth in Q1 predicted to slow to 6-6.3%

The Hanoitimes - The growth rate is significantly lower than the 6.8% growth rate recorded in the first quarter of 2019. There is a high possibility that Vietnam’ s GDP growth to slow to 6 – 6.3% year-on-year in the first quarter, significantly lower than the 6.8% growth rate from the same period of last year, according to Viet Dragon Securities Company (VDSC). VDSC also expected the number of international visitors will  drop significantly from February 2020, while agricultural goods exports to China will keep decreasing because of tighter supervision at the land border control. Vietnam GDP growth poised to rebound 8.1% in 2021: HSBC

The Hanoitimes - While Vietnam is on track to witness the strongest growth in ASEAN this year, a weakening job market is the biggest risk to its economic recovery. With a tech-led recovery and consistent FDI inflows, Vietnam’s economy is set to rebound strongly by 8.1% in 2021, HSBC has said in a latest report. Meanwhile, HSBC also revised down its GDP growth forecast for Vietnam from 3% to 2.6% in 2020, accounting for the negative impact of the second wave. “Still, it is the only ASEAN economy where we continue to forecast positive growth this year,” stated the bank in its report titled “Asia Economics: It’s about stamina”. According to the report, the re-emergence of Covid-19 domestically largely disrupted the economy's nascent rebound.
