The construction celebrates the 283rd anniversary of the society and the 2019 Ha Tien Tourism Year. The 14,000 sq.m complex is located in the Binh San Mountain Cultural and Historical Area in Bình San district. It consists of a 198-sq.m house with two storeys, a flower garden and an outdoor stage, costing more than 15 billion VND (644,500 USD). Foreigners allowed house ownership in Da Nang
The central city’s construction department has listed 17 commercial housing projects that allow foreigners to own homes, including eight in Son Tra peninsula and six in the downtown Hai Chau district. The department made an official announcement on Thursday, stating that these projects were built as trading centres, condotel complexes and apartments. It said foreigners will be given ownership certificates when buying apartments or houses at the Lapaz Tower apartment; the Han River side 34-storey Aruza, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Lake View; Da Nang Plaza; FPT City, An Vien residential Zone and Harmony apartment tower. UNDP supports building 300 houses for flood victims in central region
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will support the construction of 300 houses in the central provinces of Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Quang Nam, which were seriously affected by typhoon Damrey in 2017.
