Originally called Khanh Hai, the Nai seafood market acquires its name from its location in the Nai lagoon, between the Ninh Chu and Tri Thuy bridges, in Ninh Hai District. This is the most famous seafood market in Ninh Thuan Province and is at its busiest in the afternoon, when boats with baskets of fresh seafood return from the sea. The market sells a variety of seafood, from mackerel scad and red snapper to shrimp and crab. Seafood sold here are both farm raised and caught at sea. Most sellers in the market are families of fishermen and traders in the area. When shopping at the Nai market, customers do not have to bargain because merchants are invariably friendly and honest. Condotel prices fall amid failed profit commitments

The website has released an overview of the real estate market this year, noting the “gloomy” signs in the condotel segment next year. “The year 2020 will be a tough one for the condotel segment as investors are losing confidence after the recent failure by a developer to commit to paying a huge yearly profit of 12 per cent to its customers,” it said. Of the figure, exports to the US are estimated at 95 million USD (up 26 percent), China at 125 million USD (up 23.7 percent) and the EU at 67 million USD (up 21 percent). Experts have forecast bright prospects for tra fish exports this year based on robust market signs. Last year, tra fish shipments brought home a record of 2.26 billion USD and the figure is hoped to rise to 2.3 - 2.4 billion USD for 2019. Vietnam’s Vingroup launches sale of five smart TV models
Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup has launched the sale of its five smart TV models that can fetch up to US$730. Following the launch of Vsmart smartphones last December, VinSmart, the electronics subsidiary of Vingroup, announced on Saturday it had officially started selling five models of Vsmart televisions to the market.
