This morning, authorities mobilized functional forces to cut trees on the main streets, call vessels operating at sea to seek shelter to avoid typhoon or move out of dangerous zones. This morning, Binh Thuan province committee for natural disaster prevention & control sent also its urgent dispatch to locations asking to take preventive measures to cope with the typhoon. The national center for hydro meteorological forecasting said tonight November 23, the typhoon will affect directly areas in the southern province of Binh Thuan. Spanish man found dead in toilet on Phu Quoc Island

The naked body of Joan Lozano Yubero, 56, was found Wednesday in the toilet of the rented house he was living in. Local reports say that Yubero had not been seen leaving his rented house in Duong Dong Town, the capital of Phu Quoc Island in the southern Kien Giang Province, for around a week. On Tuesday, some of his business partners visited his house after failing to contact him. The stench coming from inside the house prompted them to call the police, who broke into the house and found his body. The cause of his death has not been ascertained yet. His neighbors said Yubero had settled down in Phu Quoc more than 10 years ago and lived alone. Last August, a similar death was discovered in Saigon. The service is operated by the Superdong – Kien Giang Speedboat Corporation, using a new ship imported from Malaysia with a cost of approximately 2 million USD. Ticket price (one way) is 350,000 VND (15.3 USD) for adults and 250,000 VND (10.94 USD) for children, and 260,000 VND (11.38 USD) for people with disability. The boat covers the 56 nautical mile distance from Phan Thiet city to Phu Quy island in two hours and a half.
