The number of participants in the program’s phase II (2017-2022) grew from 18 to 50 units. Since its launch, the program has not only trained 531 lecturers, organized 16,366 seminars attended by 658,585 farmers and coached 4,900 students from Da Lat, Tien Giang, Cuu Long, Dong Thap, An Giang and Can Tho universities. It has also built 167 models in 22 provinces for cultivation of rice, asparagus, dragon fruit, green-skinned grapefruit, mango, longan and custard apple, and guided farmers in safe production.
