Deputy PM and FM Pham Binh Minh receives Greek Ambassador Ioannis E. Raptakis, Ha Noi, May 16, 2018 Congratulating Raptakis on his assumption of tasks in Viet Nam, Politburo member Minh affirmed that the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry and other Vietnamese agencies would create favorable conditions for the ambassador to successfully fulfill his mission. Raptakis in Hanoi on May 16. Congratulating the diplomat on taking office in Vietnam, Minh asked Raptakis to actively work to promote Vietnam’s relations with Greece and the European Union (EU).
