He was speaking at the E-payment Eco-system Development Forum 2019 under the theme “Motivation by Chip Technology” in Ha Noi on Tuesday. This was among activities to realize the program "Coast guards stand by fishermen," signed by the two Standing Boards of the Vietnam Coast Guard’s Party Committee and the Hai Phong municipal Party Committee. The event featured practical and meaningful activities, including disseminating updated information on the laws and regulations of the Vietnam Coast Guard while fishing at sea, and presenting gifts, worth VND 1 million each, and national flags to poor fishermen.
