Safety at filming studios has been prioritised to reduce the spread of COVID-19, and crews are more flexible about their schedules. Local TV drama crews have become more experienced working in such a difficult time. Film director Nguyễn Phương Điền said his crew has gone to Gò Dầu in Tây Ninh Province to film the next scenes of Lưới Trời after the Tết (Lunar New Year) holiday. Under the decision, German and Korean languages will be taught as the mandatory first for students from third grade to twelve grade of 10-year formal education in the pilot teaching program ( for formal education consisting of ten years of basic education). The pilot foreign language teaching program aims to help students improve their communication skills of the two languages to satisfy demand of foreign language interpreters and translators during integration. Specifically, sixth graders can achieve level A1 ( elementary), nine graders can finish intermediate and 12th grader can reach advanced level. The languages will be taught in a total of 1,155 periods each period lasting 35 minutes. A survey conducted by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc from Vietnam National University – Hanoi reveals that in 10 years from 2009, the number of Vietnamese articles published in international scientific journals increased fivefold (between 1,764 articles in 2009 to 8,234 in 2018). After the introduction of Resolution No.29 in 2013, which promotes scientific research in different fields, only in 2 years from 2017-2018, leading universities in Vietnam possess around 10,000 research result reports announced internationally. Statistics of Web of Science (WoS) and SCOPUS also display that in 2018, the quantity of annual international announcements related to research result reached nearly 10,000, 70 percent of which belongs to tertiary educational institutes. More than 11,000 enterprises resumed operations, a decrease of 7.6 percent compared to the same period, sending the total number of newly-established enterprises and enterprises resuming operations in the first two months of this year to 29,200. Thus, on average, around 14,600 enterprises are newly-established and back to operations each month. Besides, the number of enterprises that ceased operations and dissolved also increases. In the first two months, there were 33,600 enterprises suspended operations for a limited period, halted operations to file for dissolution procedures, and complete dissolution procedures, up 18.6 percent over the same period. Particularly, 21,600 enterprises paused business for a limited period, up 34 percent; 8,400 enterprises stopped operations to file for dissolution procedures, down 10.7 percent, and 3,600 enterprises completed dissolution procedures, up 28 percent.
