Vietnam offers free vaccination at central hospitals

The Center for Health Examination and Vaccination under Vietnam National Children's Hospital started to deploy free vaccination for all patients, including children in hospital treatment, from March 14, Kinh Te & Do Thi newspaper reported. Hanoi to provide free universal medical checkup

Speaking at a session on Covid-19 prevention and control at Thanh Nhan Hospital, Party Committee Secretary Vuong Dinh Hue said it would not be an easy task, but the committee is resolved to achieve it. Tran Thi Nhi Ha, deputy director of the city Department of Health, said the department has developed a plan for the free check and it would be implemented from March. People would be screened and categorized based on their age and occupation for checkups, she said. "Students are expected to have checkups at educational institutions. Workers will have theirs at their company." People who require diagnosis and treatment at a hospital would be monitored online, she added. COVID-19 testing offered to enlisted citizens

Vietnam offers investment opportunities to Indian businesses

The view was shared by speakers during a teleconference held on February 25 to promote investment opportunities between local and Indian SMEs, hosted by the Vietnam Embassy in India, the Indian Industries Association (IIA), and the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (HANOISME).
