Delivery hero catches toddler falling from high-rise apartment building in Hanoi

A delivery man magically caught a three-year-old girl falling from the 12th floor of an apartment building in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi late on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred at the apartment building at 60B Nguyen Huy Tuong Street in Thanh Xuan District at around 5:30 pm on Sunday, Major Nguyen Minh Thang, deputy head of the police division in Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, confirmed later in the evening. Three-year-old N.P.H. climbed over her flat’s balcony on the 12th floor of block 12A and hung there for a few seconds, according to a resident’s recorded video. Residents at the apartment building screamed for help when they noticed the toddler’s situation. Accordingly, the airport will meet the 4C standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization and Vietnam’s level-two standards for military airports. Vietnam has no COVID-19 case to report on February 28 morning Vietnam saw no new COVID-19 case over the past 12 hours to 6am February 28, making the national tally unchanged at 2,432, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control. Among the total, 1,530 were locally infected, including 837 cases since January 27. A total 1,844 COVID-19 patients have recovered so far, and the death toll remains at 35. Among those still under treatment, 32 have tested negative for SARS-CoV-2 once, 50 twice and 100 thrice. By February 27 afternoon, 10 provinces and cities had gone through 14 consecutive days without new locally-infected cases of COVID-19. Three-year-old child survived 13-storey fall

The girl allegedly stumbled in between the handrails of apartment 12A in Nguyen Huy Tuong Apt. Complex where she hung on for dear life. A neighbor caught the moment on camera Nguyen Ngoc Manh was sitting in his car when he heard a baby’s cry and people screaming and saw the girl. Manh rushed towards the building’s ground floor hallway and managed to catch her as she fell. The girl reportedly suffered no trauma other than a broken arm and leg and is being held at Hanoi Central Children’s Hospital.
