A delivery man magically caught a three-year-old girl falling from the 12th floor of an apartment building in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi late on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred at the apartment building at 60B Nguyen Huy Tuong Street in Thanh Xuan District at around 5:30 pm on Sunday, Major Nguyen Minh Thang, deputy head of the police division in Thanh Xuan Trung Ward, confirmed later in the evening. Vietnam has no COVID-19 case to report on February 28 morning Vietnam saw no new COVID-19 case over the past 12 hours to 6am February 28, making the national tally unchanged at 2,432, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control. The girl allegedly stumbled in between the handrails of apartment 12A in Nguyen Huy Tuong Apt. Complex where she hung on for dear life. A neighbor caught the moment on camera Nguyen Ngoc Manh was sitting in his car when he heard a baby’s cry and people screaming and saw the girl. Manh rushed towards the building’s ground floor hallway and managed to catch her as she fell. The girl reportedly suffered no trauma other than a broken arm and leg and is being held at Hanoi Central Children’s Hospital.
