Hanoi to find solutions for effectively implementing OCOP program

OCOP program breathes life into Hanoi rural economy

The Hanoitimes - Effective implementation of the OCOP program helps localities realize their potential in economic development and promote tourism, said a local official. To date, Hanoi has set up nine showrooms across the city to promote and sell products under the national’s One Commune One Product (OCOP) program, with a view to honoring prominent craft villages’ goods. “COVID-19 Park” – a message of belief in victory over the pandemic

The park, located at a tourist sculpture tunnel at Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Complex, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, has attracted the attention of locals and tourists from the first days after its launch. It was initiated by Trinh Ba Dung, General Director of the Sculpture Tunnel Tourist Site, who also tells the story of Da Lat's history with a complex of clay sculptures under a 1,200m-long tunnel at Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Complex. The park lies under a pine forest canopy. ASEAN, Canada, UN Women advance women’s role in conflict prevention

At the launch of the “Empowering women for sustainable peace: preventing violence and promoting social cohesion in ASEAN” (Photo: asean.org) Jakarta (VNA) - The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Canada and UN Women recently launched a five-year programme to expand and strengthen women’s leadership and participation in conflict prevention, resolution and recovery in Southeast Asia.
