The developer said that 962 apartments in the first phase were handed over. SSR is the first project that Phu My Hung has developed outside the Phu My Hung City Centre in District 7 of HCM City, aiming to bring a high-quality living environment with full amenities to more customers in HCM City. The project contains six blocks with 1,840 apartments with 2-3 bedrooms whose size ranges from 60sq.m to 97sq.m, and 37 shops. Thailand plans to upgrade airports nationwide

(Photo: Post Today) – The Department of Airports (DoA) of Thailand is planning to spend 5.8 billion baht (191 million USD) upgrading airports across the country next year. DoA Acting Director-General Thawi Kesi-samang said the huge investment in key regional airports is “urgent mission”. The department plans to conduct bids for the projects from early next year, he added. Among them are the 1.3-billion-baht construction of taxiways at Krabi airport, 800-million-baht and and 775-million-baht plans to build new terminals at Narathiwat and Buri Ram airports respectively and projects to expand airport bays (500 million baht) and an international terminal (200 million baht) at Surat Thani airport. The exhibit shows the experience and personality of both artists. I like many paintings here, so it’s hard to pick a favorite. But I especially like the painting of the hometown of Anh that her husband painted. I think it has a special story,” said Pam DeVolder from the US. “The exhibit shows the two artists’ love for Vietnam, their homeland, even though they’re currently living far away. The painting that I like the most is the one named “Chuc Son afternoon”, which features a peaceful village in Vietnam. HCMC residents can now search for information on housing projects before making a purchase, through a mobile app called SXD247, developed by the Department of Construction and FPT Information System Company (FPT IS). An individual uses the SXD247 app on a smartphone. The HCMC Construction Department has launched a housing app called SXD247 - PHOTO: VGP Besides this, the app will regularly be updated with the latest information on property projects managed by the municipal department. It only takes SXD247 users a few seconds to find information on housing projects, including the projects’ square footage, investment scale and images as well as investor information, legal status and construction progress.
