With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks on the day is 23,834 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,446 VND/USD. The rates listed at major commercial banks saw slight fluctuations. At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,910 VND/USD, and the selling rate 23,120 VND/USD, both up 10 VND from February 22. Meanwhile, BIDV kept both rates unchanged, listing the buying rate at 22,925 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,125 VND/USD.
