Cyberpunk 2077 is perhaps the biggest game of 2020. Developer CD Projekt Red (creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt) are moving from the past to the future, taking the choice-driven storytelling, strong characters, and evocative world-building CDPR is known and infusing them with the world created by Mike Pondsmith. It has some serious star power behind it, too–Keanu Reeves stars as Johnny Silverhand, Grimes and Run the Jewels are contributing songs to the soundtrack, and the studio behind Promare is making a Cyberpunk 2077 anime with Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka doing the score.The leadup to launch has been somewhat tumultuous, as the game has seen a few delays. Right now, however, Cyberpunk 2077 is set to finally release on December 10 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. You’ll also be able to play Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5 and Xbox Series X, but the enhanced next-gen upgrades and dedicated editions are coming later.
