Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has asked ministries and sectors to identify and address existing obstacles to create a new driving force and direction for the development of the collective and cooperative economy. Representatives from ministries and sectors agreed that after 15 years implementing the Resolution, the public awareness of the role of the collective economy to national development has been raised with the establishment of many new and profitable collective models. In the past few years, many localities have also promulgated provincial and municipal resolutions to materialise Resolution No.13 and they should calculate their performance to contribute to the final review. Deputy PM Hue noted that the review of the 15-year performance of the collective economy must clarify issues related to institution, State policy, and the role of State management, while finding solutions and creating new impetus to fuel the collective economy in the future. The review report will serve as a basis for the amendments and supplements to the Cooperative Law in 2022, the government official said. Theo NDO
