HCMC- CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Vietnam has been appointed as exclusive marketing and leasing agent of the retail component of Saigon One Tower, a 41-storey project under development in the heart of the city’s financial center.
Saigon One Tower is located at 34A Ton Duc Thang Street, the 41-storey tower the second tallest building in the city.
The retail podium occupies six stories of the city’s second tallest building at 34A Ton Duc Thang Street measuring approximate 13,000 square meters of gross floor area and will accommodate new dining, entertainment and lifestyle concepts.
“Saigon One Tower will contribute to the rapidly developing commercial landscape of HCMC. The project has an ideal location that serves as gateway to the central business district, spectacular views and facilities designed and built with highest standards,” said Richard Leech, executive director of CBRE Vietnam, said in a statement.
The Saigon One Tower will also feature a 34-storey international standard office component with total area of 49,000 square meters; and 133 luxurious apartments.
Saigon-M&C Real Estate as the developer of the project late last year also signed Knight Frank Vietnam to market and lease the office component of the project.
Commanding a prominent site on the Saigon River with links to Thu Thiem Tunnel and the East West Highway, this development is the largest international Grade A office development in the city.
The iconic tower, due to be complete this year, comprises two conjoined blocks – an office block and a luxurious residential apartment block, both sitting above a retail podium.
