Carlos Tevez’s legal team have confirmed they will ensure the striker “abides by the rules” with regard to his community service order. Tevez was sold to Juventus by Manchester City earlier this week, with the striker signing a three-year deal with the Italian giants. However, though he has started to fulfill the 250 hours of unpaid work he was ordered to do by Macclesfield Magistrates Court earlier this year after Tevez was found guilty of driving offenses, the vast majority are still outstanding. Whilst it is impractical for Tevez to complete the hours prior to reporting for pre-season training at Juve, Probation Service chiefs have already suggested they would have no hesitation in applying for a warrant to arrest the 29-year-old if no agreement had been reached about how he was going to fulfill the remainder of his punishment.
