The approval of this Tourism cooperation agreement totally matches the policy of our Party and Government as well as the Program National action Vietnam-Africa 2004-2010. Agreement between Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Republic of South Africa on Tourism cooperation: According to the MOCST, the approval of Tourism cooperation agreement with South Africa is very necessary for promoting cooperation activities in practice, strengthening associability and understanding between the two countries. Besides, this is also a convenient foundation for developing the strength and potential of tourism in a hard condition of geographic distance and making legal frame for the long-term cooperative relationship between the two countries in the coming decade. By that way, Vietnam could make use of the relationship with South Africa to promote relationship with other partners in Africa.
